Micro Wedding At The Lodge At Breck In The High Rockies

Megan and Jeff were such a fun couple to plan for. Their laid back style and permission to have creative freedom with their wedding was an absolute blast.

The couple drove in from Texas for a unique Colorado micro wedding with their closest family and friends. The Lodge at Breck is one of our favorite venues to work at as Colorado wedding planners and its hard to list all the reasons why. The Lodge has a stunning wedding deck with the Rocky Mountains creating the perfect back drop for your ceremony. For the ceremony we kept it simple with our wedding rentals and did our custom wood pillars with two pillar floral arrangements by Lehrer’s Florals in Denver. We wanted the couple and the mountains to be the main focus during their ceremony and as you can see, it worked!

The couple shared a private first look with their photographer, Sharee Davenport, at Lower Crystal Lake trail not far from the venue. They were lucky enough to have a mix of mountains, large rock formations, sprinkles of snow, and a stunning lake for the backdrop of their first look. The couple then headed back to the venue to join their family and friends and begin the party.

We kicked off their wedding reception with few very emotional and loving toasts. You know the toasts are good when it makes the Wedding Planners cry!!! For their reception wedding decor we dug into our awesome rental warehouse and decided to use a mix of glass vases and gold candle votives to create a romantic and simple atmosphere for their reception. Then using our simple wooden table numbers so that guests could make their way to their seats to enjoy the amazing food provided by the venue. Here at The Perfect Touch it is our goal to set ourselves apart as a Wedding Planning company in Colorado and beyond. It was great to be Megan and Jeff’s one stop shop for wedding planning, wedding rentals, and bar packages. We can’t wait to watch this couple grow!
