Iconic Fall Maroon Bells Elopement in Aspen, Colorado

Anytime our clients mention Aspen we get excited, but when they mention Maroon Bells in Aspen we get really excited. Maroon Bells is one of the most iconic places in Colorado and when you add a wedding to the mix it gets even better! The mighty pines and white quakes of Aspen trees that cover the mountainsides and valleys below are crisscrossed with trails suited for any and all hikers. The surrounding towns leave little to be desired elsewise, with their renowned dining, art, and retail offerings. All this comes together to make Maroon Bells one of the best places to plan your elopement.

Annie and Josh were such a special and fun couple to work with! We started the day off with the couple and their wedding parties getting ready at a local hotel. They then made the trek to The Maroon Bells for their wedding ceremony. The fall colors and weather (for now) was perfect for a ceremony. The couple said their vows beneath the tall peaks in front of the stunning mirrored lake. They were able to explore the area with their amazing photographer Christina with Function and Flourish and get tons of photos of the aspens and their changing colors.

We then headed back to their Airbnb where the party was ready to get started. In the mountains of Colorado it is common to have unpredictable weather and that is just what we received when we arrived at the Airbnb for the reception. However as planners it is our job to have weather back up plans for all wedding types and we were there to quickly move the party and dinner into the large garage of the Airbnb. The couple enjoyed dinner at our gorgeous farm tables, cut their cake from a top our gold bar cart, and dance and enjoyed drinks from our amazing bartender and custom stand alone bar rental all night long .
